Public Procurement Specialist

The public procurement specialist supplies the brigade's units with what has to be purchased: runs procedures through Prozorro, Ukraine's public e-procurement system, and outside it, prepares tender documents, signs supplier contracts and monitors deadlines and compliance. Desk-based documentary work where law and speed matter equally, since delays are felt at the positions.
Responsibilities
- organising purchases through Prozorro and outside the system;
- preparing tender documents and running procurement procedures;
- concluding contracts with suppliers and monitoring their performance;
- keeping and archiving the documentation for each purchase;
- working with the brigade's units to meet their needs quickly;
- monitoring delivery deadlines and checking deliveries against the contract.
Requirements
- higher education in law or economics;
- knowledge of Ukraine's Law on Public Procurement and Cabinet of Ministers resolutions No. 1178 and No. 1275;
- confident daily use of Excel and Word;
- focus on results and the ability to keep to deadlines;
- combat experience is an advantage.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, with their commander's consent;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 60,000;
- desk-based service; uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- benefits, annual paid leave, additional leave and statutory social guarantees.
