Public Procurement Specialist (Prozorro)

The public procurement specialist runs the tenders through which the training center obtains drones, components, communications equipment and training aids. The work covers the full procurement cycle in the Prozorro electronic system: from the annual plan and tender documentation to bid analysis, contract signing and reporting to auditors.
Responsibilities
- full support of public procurement for the training center's needs;
- running procedures in the Prozorro system in line with martial law requirements;
- purchasing drones, components, spare parts, communications equipment, electronic warfare devices and electronics;
- purchasing training equipment, consumables and maintenance services;
- drawing up the annual procurement plan, announcements and tender documentation;
- analyzing bids, selecting winners and concluding contracts;
- keeping records and preparing materials for inspections by the State Audit Service.
Requirements
- higher education, preferably in economics, law or management;
- knowledge of public procurement legislation and Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 1178;
- independent experience of running procurement through Prozorro;
- confident computer skills and experience with electronic document management;
- stress resilience and the ability to work under wartime conditions;
- integrity, honesty and discipline;
- experience of service in military units or law enforcement agencies is an advantage.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine may transfer with their commander's consent;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees.
