Procurement Specialist

The procurement specialist handles purchases on requests from the internal customer, from checking the request to receiving the goods. The work is document-based and calls for attention to detail, constant contact with units and work in the electronic procurement accounting system.
Responsibilities
- processing and checking purchase requests raised by the internal customer;
- ordering goods;
- preparing invoices;
- monitoring payment and receipt of goods;
- maintaining constant communication with the units;
- working in the electronic procurement accounting system;
- preparing reports on completed purchases.
Requirements
- vocational or higher education (economics, management);
- confident computer skills: Excel, Word;
- strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail;
- ability to work with a large volume of documents;
- analytical thinking, logic and a systematic approach to work.
Conditions
- joining the service under contract or through mobilization; those already serving can transfer;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- uniform and meals provided;
- annual paid leave and the social guarantees set out in law.
