Senior Lecturer

The senior lecturer at the training center delivers theoretical and practical classes for future operators of unmanned systems and is responsible for the content of the assigned subjects. The work involves developing curricula and teaching materials, assessing trainees and updating courses with recent experience from field units.
Responsibilities
- delivering theoretical and practical classes in the assigned subjects;
- developing curricula, lesson plans and teaching materials;
- assessing trainees' knowledge and preparing tests;
- updating class content with combat experience gathered by field units;
- providing methodological support to instructors of the subject group;
- keeping training records and logging completed classes.
Requirements
- combat experience and an understanding of modern tactics;
- teaching skills and public speaking experience;
- ability to explain material to trainees with different levels of preparation;
- responsibility and attention to detail;
- teamwork and adherence to established procedures.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine may transfer with their commander's consent;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided for the duration of service;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees.
