Electronic Warfare System Operator

The electronic warfare system operator protects the training center's facilities from hostile drones: deploys the station, stands duty on it and monitors the radio-electronic situation. The work is shift-based, mostly in the field, and requires keeping the equipment, antennas and power sources in constant readiness.
Responsibilities
- deploying, configuring and packing up the electronic warfare system;
- standing duty on the system and monitoring its operating modes;
- tracking the radio-electronic situation in the area of responsibility;
- keeping the equipment, antennas and power sources in working order;
- fixing minor faults and replacing consumable components;
- keeping system logs and reporting to the senior officer.
Requirements
- understanding of radio wave propagation and electronic warfare principles;
- confident computer skills;
- ability to learn new equipment quickly;
- attentiveness and responsibility while on duty;
- readiness for shift work in field conditions.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, subject to the commander's consent;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- uniforms, meals and necessary equipment provided;
- annual paid leave and social guarantees under the law.
