The company tactical medicine instructor teaches the basic tactical medicine course and prepares the teaching materials for it. Conducts classes in the classroom and in the field, works with trainees who already have partial knowledge of the subject, and keeps training records and reports.
Responsibilities
- teaching the basic tactical medicine course;
- training servicemembers who already have partial knowledge of tactical medicine;
- developing and updating teaching materials;
- organizing classes in the classroom and in the field, including participation in scenario-based exercises;
- keeping reports and records on a small scale.
Requirements
- combat experience will be an advantage;
- motivation to teach servicemembers with different levels of knowledge;
- a sense of responsibility, attention to detail and tidiness;
- ability to work in a team and follow established rules and procedures;
- leadership qualities and resilience to routine work;
- teaching skills and experience of public speaking will be an advantage.
Conditions
- service under a contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- statutory social guarantees and annual paid leave.
