A Medical Post Orderly provides basic medical and first aid support to personnel of a UAV unit, ensures medical assistance during operations, and maintains the unit’s basic sanitary and medical readiness. The role involves working with wounded and ill service members, supporting preventive health measures, and handling basic medical records in field conditions.
Responsibilities
- providing first aid and basic medical assistance to service members
- organizing evacuation of wounded personnel when required
- medical support for personnel during operational or combat tasks
- conducting initial health checks for service members
- participating in preventive and hygiene measures within the unit
- supporting sanitary and epidemiological safety within assigned responsibilities
- maintaining basic medical documentation and reports
- performing assigned tasks as part of the unit and following military discipline
Requirements
- fitness for military service based on health and psychological condition
- basic or secondary education
- basic computer skills
- knowledge of first aid and basic medical care
- completed tactical medicine or similar medical training is an advantage
- prior service in medical roles or relevant team-based work experience is an advantage
- adequate level of physical fitness and endurance
- ability to work independently and readiness for continuous training
Conditions
- service through mobilization for the duration of martial law or under a contract
- possibility of transfer for active service members with the consent of their immediate commander
- service within a combat unit without disclosure of specific locations
- monthly financial compensation starting from 50,000 UAH in accordance with current legislation
- full provision of uniforms and necessary equipment
- social guarantees and annual basic leave in accordance with Ukrainian law
