The polygraph examiner interviews and tests candidates on a polygraph, analyzes the examination results and prepares conclusions for recruiters and managers. The work follows strict procedures, involves direct contact with people and calls for impartiality and self-control.
Responsibilities
- conduct interviews and polygraph testing of candidates;
- analyze polygraph examination results and prepare conclusions;
- report results to recruiters and managers;
- take part in developing standards and methods for conducting examinations;
- keep electronic documentation and an archive of results;
- study, improve qualifications and master new examination methods.
Requirements
- higher education, preferably in psychology or law;
- confident PC skills, Microsoft Office suite;
- experience of face-to-face work with people and understanding of human behavior and reactions;
- ability to analyze data and draw conclusions;
- ability to work under psychological pressure, stress resistance and self-control;
- responsibility, impartiality, objectivity, ability to work within clear procedures;
- knowledge of how a polygraph works and experience in investigative or operational work are an advantage.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 50,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided; benefits, insurance and free medical treatment;
- service in a headquarters setting;
- annual paid leave and 10 additional days of leave for family circumstances;
- professional development, training in the use of specialized equipment.
