Clothing and Equipment Service Clerk

The clerk of the clothing and equipment service is responsible for the records and paperwork of the service. Processes source documents and large volumes of data, keeps electronic record logs up to date and reconciles records with the unit's departments.
Responsibilities
- keep records and draw up acts, delivery notes and statements;
- prepare and maintain reports;
- maintain summary accounting tables in MS Excel;
- keep electronic record logs and keep them up to date;
- organize and carry out reconciliations with the unit's departments.
Requirements
- higher education;
- advanced level of Word and Excel;
- experience in accounting and working with databases, including large volumes of data;
- experience in automating and optimizing document workflows;
- stress resistance and communication skills;
- knowledge of SAP and electronic document management systems is an advantage;
- knowledge of database administration is an advantage.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 50,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided; statutory social benefits;
- annual leave and additional rest days;
- training and professional development in the field.
