Tactical and Marksmanship Instructor

The tactical and marksmanship instructor trains the brigade's personnel: runs practical tactics and shooting sessions at the training range, develops training programs and drills safe weapons handling until it becomes automatic. The work includes assessing soldiers' skill levels and preparing the range; for new arrivals, the instructor sets the standard of discipline.
Responsibilities
- running practical tactics and shooting sessions at the brigade's training range;
- developing training programs in tactics and marksmanship;
- drilling safe weapons handling rules with soldiers;
- assessing the skill level of personnel and recording results;
- preparing the range, target equipment and training materials;
- setting a personal example of discipline and training for new arrivals.
Requirements
- combat experience;
- excellent knowledge of basic military disciplines;
- knowledge of weapons handling rules and shooting techniques;
- ability to explain clearly and work with a group;
- instructor experience is an advantage;
- an instructor certificate is an advantage.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, subject to the commander's consent;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees.
