
Medical Laboratory Technician

The medical laboratory technician receives and prepares biological samples, independently performs clinical and biochemical tests and records the results that doctors rely on. Work in the medical company's laboratory includes responsibility for sterility, decontamination of used materials and the working order of laboratory equipment.
Responsibilities
- receiving, registering and preparing biological samples for analysis;
- quality control of blood, urine and other samples;
- independently performing clinical and biochemical tests;
- decontaminating and sterilizing used materials;
- servicing laboratory equipment and germicidal lamps;
- recording test results and keeping documentation.
Requirements
- medical education, vocational or higher;
- hands-on laboratory experience;
- knowledge of safety rules for handling biological and chemical materials;
- attentiveness, responsibility and composure when working with samples;
- resilience under pressure and readiness to work in field conditions.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, subject to the commander's consent;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees under Ukrainian law.
