The head of the medical station organizes medical care for the wounded and sick at battalion level in an unmanned systems brigade and leads the station's staff. The work combines clinical practice with management: planning evacuation to medical facilities, training subordinates, keeping medical records and accounting for the station's supplies and equipment.
Responsibilities
- organizing medical care at battalion level;
- planning and carrying out the evacuation of the wounded and sick to medical facilities;
- leading and training the medical station's staff;
- keeping medical records and registers of the sick and wounded;
- keeping track of the medical station's supplies and ensuring they are replenished;
- implementing measures to prevent the outbreak and spread of disease.
Requirements
- medical education and hands-on experience in the profession;
- ability to make decisions under combat conditions;
- organizational skills and experience leading a small team;
- accuracy in keeping medical and inventory records.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, subject to the commander's consent;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 120,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees.
