The Cybersecurity Specialist is responsible for ensuring the integrity and security of the unit's information systems. The role involves real-time cyber threat detection, network traffic analysis, implementing cryptographic protection, and administering monitoring systems to prevent unauthorized data access.
Responsibilities
- timely detection, analysis, and rapid response to cyberattacks;
- in-depth analysis of system logs and network traffic to identify anomalies;
- implementation and application of cryptographic data protection tools;
- administration and configuration of monitoring systems (IDS/IPS, DLP);
- ensuring security while handling confidential or state information;
- developing recommendations to strengthen the security of the information infrastructure.
Requirements
- degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields;
- solid fundamental knowledge of information and cybersecurity;
- experience with SIEM systems (e.g., Splunk, QRadar) and modern protection tools;
- understanding of network security and cryptography principles;
- certifications (CEH, CompTIA Security+, OSCP, etc.) or experience in penetration testing is an advantage;
- fitness for military service for health reasons.
