The paramedic of the medical aid post is responsible for pre-hospital care for the unit's personnel, medical records and the safekeeping of medical supplies. The work combines practical medicine with training servicemembers and coordination with neighbouring units; it requires stress resistance and military discipline.
Responsibilities
- providing pre-hospital medical care;
- keeping medical records and records of sick servicemembers;
- conducting military medical training for personnel;
- ensuring safe storage of medical supplies and equipment;
- coordinating with neighbouring units;
- observing military discipline, safety rules and established instructions.
Requirements
- medical education and training at paramedic level;
- experience in the medical field;
- knowledge of clinical protocols and treatment methods;
- skills in working with medical equipment;
- ability to work with medical records;
- stress resistance;
- attention to detail, discipline and responsibility.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 120,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided, as well as individual protective equipment and military property;
- necessary equipment and working tools provided;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees;
- training and professional development in the field.
