FPV crew navigator

An FPV crew navigator is responsible for navigation and tactical support of an FPV crew during mission execution. The role includes mission preparation, situational analysis, coordination with the pilot, and real-time adjustments. The primary focus is navigation accuracy, effective communication, and timely recording of results.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and supporting the FPV pilot during missions;
  • Preparing missions and analyzing terrain, routes, and conditions;
  • Maintaining crew communication and sharing navigation data;
  • Identifying targets and adjusting actions in real time;
  • Recording mission results and maintaining logs;
  • Following established procedures and safety requirements.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with navigation data;
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills;
  • Stress resilience and responsible work approach;
  • Basic understanding of FPV UAV operations or readiness to learn;
  • Willingness to learn and improve qualifications.
