A project manager is responsible for the full lifecycle management of IT projects, from planning to timely delivery. The role involves coordinating multiple teams, managing resources, timelines, and risks, and maintaining continuous communication with stakeholders. The primary focus is process predictability, delivery quality, and meeting agreed deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Planning, organizing, and controlling IT project execution;
- Managing project resources, timelines, and risks;
- Communicating with customers and development teams;
- Conducting daily meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives;
- Ensuring quality and timely delivery of releases;
- Maintaining project documentation and reports.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in IT project management;
- Hands-on experience with AGILE, SCRUM, or KANBAN;
- Proficiency with JIRA, CLICKUP, TRELLO, or NOTION;
- Understanding of SDLC and CI/CD processes;
- Ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously.
