The recruiter guides candidates from their first application to their arrival in the brigade: processes applications from job sites, calls people, clarifies their details, schedules interviews and keeps records in the internal system. Computer- and phone-based work within the recruitment team, where accurate records determine whether a candidate makes it through the process.
Responsibilities
- processing applications from job sites (LobbyX, Work.ua and similar);
- initial contact with candidates: calls, emails, clarifying details;
- scheduling interviews and coordinating the meeting calendar;
- keeping candidate records in the internal system;
- preparing and entering data into internal recruitment reports;
- coordinating candidate status with other recruiters;
- helping onboard new arrivals: collecting documents, basic orientation.
Requirements
- fluent spoken and written Ukrainian;
- attentiveness, responsibility and good communication skills;
- confident computer skills;
- ability to switch quickly between tasks;
- desire to grow in recruitment and human resources work;
- knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets is an advantage.
Conditions
- service under contract or mobilization for the duration of martial law; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- medical care for the duration of service;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees;
- annual health and recreation allowance;
- legal support and psychological assistance.
