The recruiter selects people for positions in an unmanned systems brigade and is the first to talk to a candidate. Works out staffing needs with commanders, writes job descriptions and posts them on job boards, holds initial interviews and guides each person from the unit's acceptance letter to enrolment, liaising with enlistment offices and training centres.
Responsibilities
- working out staffing needs together with unit commanders;
- drafting vacancy profiles and posting descriptions on job boards;
- holding initial interviews and first contact with candidates;
- guiding a candidate from the unit's acceptance letter to enrolment on the unit's roll;
- liaising with enlistment offices, recruitment and training centres;
- proposing improvements to the unit's recruitment processes.
Requirements
- experience in recruitment or personnel work, or a strong willingness to learn it quickly;
- ability to work with candidate search platforms and social media;
- interviewing skills;
- ability to compile reports on results;
- communication skills, organisation and responsibility.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer, with the commander's consent, for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees.
