Signals Section Driver

The signals section driver carries signalers, their equipment and supplies to the sites where the brigade's communication nodes are set up, often off-road, and keeps the assigned vehicle in working order. Between trips, helps the section with its own tasks. The work is in the field, where a serviceable vehicle decides whether communications are set up on time.
Responsibilities
- driving the unit's vehicle in field conditions;
- transporting the signals section's equipment and personnel;
- delivering equipment to the sites where communication nodes are set up;
- daily vehicle inspection and fixing minor faults;
- keeping the vehicle in working order and tracking consumables;
- helping the signalers with their own tasks.
Requirements
- category B driving license;
- basic understanding of how a vehicle is built and works;
- readiness to work as a driver in field conditions;
- physical endurance and the ability to work in a team.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, subject to the commander's consent;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 120,000;
- personal protective equipment provided;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees;
- opportunities for training and growth in the specialty.
