Fiber Laser Cutting Machine Operator

The fiber laser cutting machine operator makes sheet metal parts according to technical specifications: prepares the nesting layout in dedicated software, loads control programs, cuts the parts and checks the finished items against the drawing. The work is done at the production facility of an unmanned systems brigade, with responsibility for tracking parts and sheet material.
Responsibilities
- manufacturing parts according to technical specifications;
- preparing part nesting layouts and loading control programs into the machine;
- checking the quality of finished parts and their conformity to the drawing;
- monitoring the stock and remaining quantities of sheet material;
- keeping count of finished parts and handing them over to the next production section;
- keeping the workplace clean and orderly.
Requirements
- experience as a fiber laser cutting machine operator;
- basic skills in software for editing incoming dxf files;
- knowledge of CypCut or similar software for part nesting;
- attentiveness and accuracy in production work;
- skills in operating a laser tube cutting machine are an advantage.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- rear-area service, housing and meals provided;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees.
