
Fiber Optic Soldering and Winding Technician

The technician is responsible for the high-precision manufacturing and maintenance of fiber optic and microelectronic components. The role involves working with soldering and specialized winding equipment, ensuring connection quality, and testing finished products for compliance with technical standards.
Responsibilities
- prepare fiber optics (stripping, calibration, installing connectors);
- perform precision soldering of small wires, connectors, and microelectronic components;
- set up and operate winding machines for fiber spooling according to technical specifications;
- monitor winding parameters (tension, speed, winding uniformity);
- identify and resolve soldering defects or mechanical fiber damage;
- test optical and electrical parameters of finished assemblies;
- maintain production logs and reporting.
Requirements
- experience in soldering small electronic components or working with fiber optics;
- high manual dexterity and ability to work with micro-components (under a microscope);
- technical literacy: ability to read blueprints and understand specifications;
- basic knowledge of electronics and/or optics;
- precision, attention to detail, and responsibility;
- fitness for military service for health reasons.

- direct mobilization to the military unit bypassing TCR with support at all mobilization stages;
