CNC Milling Machine Operator

The CNC milling machine operator machines workpieces according to set programs, turning them into parts for drones. Installs and references tooling, monitors its condition, inspects finished items with measuring tools and keeps production records. This is standing work on a shift schedule in the brigade's workshop.
Responsibilities
- machining parts on a CNC milling machine according to set control programs;
- installing, referencing and adjusting tooling;
- monitoring tool wear and the condition of cutters and inserts;
- loading and unloading workpieces;
- checking part quality against technical documentation and keeping records;
- daily and scheduled machine maintenance and condition monitoring;
- keeping the workstation tidy and following occupational safety rules.
Requirements
- experience operating a CNC milling machine, or readiness to learn the trade;
- ability to read technical drawings;
- skills with measuring tools (calipers, micrometer);
- confident computer use;
- physical stamina for standing work and lifting loads of up to 40 kg;
- readiness to work on a shift schedule.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, with their commander's consent;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- rear-area service, outside the combat zone;
- housing, meals, uniform and equipment provided;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees.
