Ground Robotic System Demining Operator
Combat Roles20 000-120 000 UAHUAVs and UGVs
The ground robotic system demining operator carries out engineering tasks remotely: controls a robotic vehicle during demining and mining of designated areas so that the machine, not people, enters the danger zone first. Prepares the system for deployment, checks the control links and services it after tasks. The work takes place in a high-risk area as part of an engineer team.
Responsibilities
- operating a ground robotic system during engineering tasks;
- demining terrain and objects using the robotic system;
- laying mines in designated areas as tasked;
- preparing the system for deployment and checking the control links;
- overseeing the safety of personnel during work in the danger zone;
- servicing and minor repair of the equipment after tasks.
Requirements
- skills in operating remotely controlled demining systems;
- knowledge of demining and mine-laying methods;
- ability to make quick decisions in dangerous situations;
- physical and psychological stamina for fieldwork;
- combat experience is an advantage.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, with their commander's consent;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 120,000;
- personal protective equipment and gear provided;
