The site security guard maintains access control at the brigade's facility: checks passes and documents, logs vehicle movements, monitors the grounds via CCTV cameras and patrols the premises. Duty is round-the-clock in shifts; the job depends on attentiveness and a quick response to unusual situations.
Responsibilities
- maintaining the access control regime at the facility;
- checking passes and documents, logging vehicles entering and leaving;
- monitoring the grounds via the CCTV system in real time;
- detecting unauthorized access attempts and suspicious persons;
- regular patrols of the grounds and interior premises;
- keeping logs of visitors, vehicles and key issue;
- responding to unusual and emergency situations at the facility.
Requirements
- observation skills and the ability to spot suspicious behaviour;
- high concentration during long stretches of monitor work;
- readiness for night-shift duty;
- discipline and a sense of responsibility;
- experience with CCTV and access control systems is an advantage.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, with their commander's consent;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- service away from the front line, housing provided;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- 15 days of leave every six months and statutory social guarantees.
