Service Reinstatement Specialist

The service reinstatement specialist supports service members who left their unit without authorization and want to return to duty: advises them, handles the reinstatement paperwork, prepares reports and requests, and works with the personnel office, military law enforcement and investigators. This is office work in the rear with a lot of communication and paperwork.
Responsibilities
- communicating with service members being reinstated and supporting them at every stage;
- determining the reinstatement path for each case and coordinating the process;
- handling the paperwork and tracking the progress of reinstatement;
- drafting reports, requests and draft orders and passing them to the relevant services;
- working with the brigade's personnel office on reinstating candidates;
- liaising with the military law enforcement service, the State Bureau of Investigation and investigators when needed;
- keeping records of candidates in a CRM system and working spreadsheets.
Requirements
- knowledge of the procedures and options for reinstatement in military service;
- confident use of office software: MS Office, Google Sheets;
- good spoken and written Ukrainian;
- self-organisation and resilience under stress;
- experience with military paperwork or a legal background is an advantage;
- experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- housing and meals provided;
- uniform, equipment and supplies provided;
- service in the rear, away from the combat zone;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees.
