Responsibilities
- Organizing personnel workflow in the company;
- Monitoring discipline and service rules;
- Coordinating moral and psychological support measures;
- Cooperating with NCOs and staff sections;
- Keeping records and preparing official papers;
- Assisting commander in daily planning;
- Providing internal communication;
- Preparing reports and statistics.
Requirements
- Experience organizing work with personnel;
- Understanding of military management;
- Analytical mindset and systematic approach;
- Proficiency in MICROSOFT OFFICE;
- Communication skills and responsibility;
- Ability to follow standards.
