
Research and Development Engineer

The research and development engineer creates in-house technical solutions for the brigade's unmanned systems: programs microcontrollers for onboard modules, designs printed circuit boards, radio equipment and antennas, builds prototypes and tests them before they go to the units. The work runs from idea to working prototype, with technical documentation kept for every result.
Responsibilities
- programming microcontrollers for unmanned system modules;
- designing electronic equipment and printed circuit boards;
- designing radio equipment and antennas for communication links;
- assembling and testing prototype equipment;
- refining the design of drones and their individual parts;
- keeping technical documentation on development results.
Requirements
- experience programming Raspberry Pi, Arduino, STM32 and ESP32;
- experience designing electronic equipment;
- experience designing radio equipment and antennas;
- experience designing or repairing drones and their parts;
- technical education in electronics or radio engineering.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 50,000 to UAH 120,000;
- full uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- annual paid leave and 10 days of additional leave for family reasons;
- insurance, free medical care and statutory social guarantees.
