The digital development and digitalization officer brings digital tools into the daily work of the brigade's units, from aligning initiatives with the command's goals to rolling out IT products and teaching service members to use them. The role sits between management, process analysis and user support, in constant contact with developers.
Responsibilities
- organizing the work of the digital development and digitalization section;
- aligning digital initiatives with the command's strategic goals;
- rolling out IT products into the units' daily work;
- making sure personnel use the deployed solutions every day;
- collecting user feedback and setting tasks for further improvement;
- training service members to work with new digital tools.
Requirements
- education in IT, management or a related field;
- experience planning and organizing the use of information and communication systems;
- experience with specialized software and applications;
- ability to write tasks for developers and describe processes;
- readiness to train users and support deployed solutions.
Conditions
- officer position; service under contract or through mobilization, transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine with the commander's consent;
- monthly pay from UAH 27,000 to UAH 57,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided in line with standard allowances;
- annual paid leave and additional leave;
- social package and benefits provided by law.
