The head of the personnel and records group runs the brigade's personnel accounting and prepares administrative orders on personnel matters. The work calls for legal precision, readiness to handle a large flow of documents and strict protection of servicemembers' personal data.
Responsibilities
- organizing the work of the personnel and records group and the full cycle of personnel management;
- daily monitoring of authorized, rostered and actual headcount of servicemembers;
- recording quantitative and qualitative changes in strength: arrivals, transfers, departures for training, removal from the rolls;
- keeping documented records of irrecoverable and medical casualties;
- preparing daily orders (enrollment, appointments, business trips) and submitting them for signature to the chief of staff or the commander;
- compiling the daily status report on headcount and supplies for the day;
- organizing the keeping, storage and updating of personal files of officers, sergeants and soldiers.
Requirements
- ability to quickly draft legally sound commander's orders on personnel matters;
- readiness to work irregular hours and handle a large flow of paper and electronic information;
- strict confidentiality regarding servicemembers' personal data and official information;
- knowledge of the Law of Ukraine "On Military Duty and Military Service" and the Regulations on Military Service;
- ability to keep personnel records under the Armed Forces of Ukraine instruction on personnel accounting;
- experience in personnel work, preferably in the military or a related field, is an advantage.
Conditions
- service under contract, or mobilization while martial law is in force; transfer for serving personnel;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- uniform and meals provided;
- right to annual paid leave;
- social guarantees provided by law.
