Field Medical Instructor, Unmanned Surface Vessel Group

The medical instructor is responsible for the medical readiness of the group: gives first aid to the wounded in field and combat conditions and organizes their evacuation. Keeps first-aid kits ready and trains personnel in basic pre-hospital care, working constantly with doctors and medical services.
Responsibilities
- giving first medical aid to fighters in field and combat conditions;
- organizing and coordinating the evacuation of the wounded to medical stations;
- training personnel in the basics of pre-hospital care and tactical medicine;
- monitoring medical supplies: checking first-aid kits and medicines, preparing medical kits;
- working with doctors and medical services in providing care.
Requirements
- basic knowledge of tactical medicine or readiness to complete training;
- physical endurance: work in field conditions and carrying the wounded;
- quick reaction and stress resistance: making decisions in critical situations;
- ability to work in a team and coordinate actions with military personnel, evacuation groups and medical units;
- medical education or work experience (paramedic, medic, military medic) is an advantage.
Conditions
- service through mobilization or under contract; transfer for personnel already in service;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 120,000;
- food and clothing provided;
- annual leave and social guarantees established by law.
