Field Medical Instructor, Medical Station

The field medical instructor of the medical station is the first link in medical care for service members: gives aid in field and combat conditions, coordinates the evacuation of the wounded and oversees medical supplies. Also trains personnel in pre-hospital care, working alongside doctors.
Responsibilities
- giving first medical aid to the wounded in field and combat conditions;
- organizing and coordinating the evacuation of the wounded to medical stations;
- training personnel in the basics of pre-hospital care and tactical medicine;
- checking first-aid kits and medicines and preparing medical kits;
- working with doctors and medical services.
Requirements
- basic knowledge of tactical medicine or readiness to complete training;
- physical endurance for work in field conditions and carrying the wounded;
- fast reaction and stress resistance, making decisions in critical situations;
- ability to work in a team and align actions with military personnel, evacuation groups and medical units;
- medical education or work experience (paramedic, medic, military medic) is an advantage.
Conditions
- military service under contract or by mobilization, or by transfer for those already serving;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 120,000;
- uniform and meals supplied;
- annual paid leave;
- social guarantees under Ukrainian law.
