Drone Munitions Accounting and Logistics Specialist

The specialist of the unmanned aircraft systems service is responsible for recording, storing and moving munitions and related property, and for processing write-offs and transfers for disposal. Work with documents and hazardous cargo calls for accuracy and strict observance of safety rules.
Responsibilities
- keeping accounting records of munitions, ammunition and specialised components of unmanned aircraft systems;
- receiving, storing, recording and issuing munitions according to authorised requirements and standards;
- organising logistics: planning movements and escorting shipments in line with safety rules and standards;
- preparing write-off reports, drawing up accompanying documents and liaising with authorised bodies on disposal and recycling;
- preparing materials for inventory checks and taking part in inspections and audits;
- monitoring shelf life and storage conditions and initiating the removal of materials from stock;
- ensuring storage, labelling and packaging requirements are met when transporting hazardous cargo.
Requirements
- at least 1 year of experience in material and technical support, warehouse accounting or weapons accounting;
- knowledge of the basics of material support accounting, skills with Excel, Google Sheets and electronic accounting systems;
- attentiveness, a sense of responsibility, strong discipline and a safety-first approach;
- readiness to follow access control and confidentiality requirements;
- experience in recording or servicing munitions and ammunition is a plus;
- knowledge of write-off and disposal regulations and experience in preparing write-off reports is a plus.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization for the duration of martial law; transfer for serving personnel;
- monthly pay from UAH 50,000;
- service members are provided with uniform and gear;
- free treatment and medical care;
- leave of 15 days every six months;
- additional leave for family circumstances where there are legal grounds.
