The recruiter is responsible for the full hiring cycle for the unit: from defining the vacancy profile to supporting the candidate until appointment. The work involves constant communication with candidates, job search platforms and labor market analysis.
Responsibilities
- searching for and attracting specialists for the unit's open positions;
- conducting initial interviews and assessing candidate fit;
- writing vacancy descriptions and posting them on platforms (Work.ua, Lobby X, LinkedIn and others);
- building a contact database and keeping up communication with candidates;
- preparing reports on the status of selection processes;
- taking part in developing internal HR processes and the unit's employer brand.
Requirements
- at least 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR;
- knowledge of recruiting tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, Telegram, Djinni, Work.ua;
- ability to conduct interviews and build candidate profiles;
- communication skills, attention to detail, systematic approach;
- readiness to observe confidentiality requirements.
Conditions
- mobilization for the duration of martial law or service under contract; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 50,000;
- uniform and personal protective equipment provided as needed;
- medical care and free treatment;
- 15 days of leave every six months; additional leave for family circumstances where there are legal grounds.
