HR Group Lead

The head of the personnel group is responsible for organizing, coordinating and monitoring personnel processes in the unit. It is a management role that involves personnel records, official documents and HR analytics, as well as liaison with the command on personnel policy.
Responsibilities
- organizing the work of the personnel group and monitoring personnel processes;
- keeping personnel records: orders, commendations, transfers, leave and more;
- preparing and drawing up official documents, reports and certificates;
- coordinating recruitment, onboarding and development of personnel;
- liaising with the command and related units on personnel matters;
- monitoring compliance with legislation and internal regulations;
- producing personnel analytics, statistics and proposals for optimizing staffing levels.
Requirements
- at least two years of experience in HR or personnel administration;
- understanding of the military or public-sector personnel system;
- knowledge of labor and military service legislation;
- confident computer skills: Word, Excel, Google Workspace;
- organizational skills, responsibility and good communication skills;
- experience managing a small team (2–5 people) is an advantage;
- skills in working with electronic document management and databases are an advantage.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided;
