Battalion command post analyst operator coordinates the operation of unmanned aerial systems at battalion level, performs frequency and mission planning for stable drone control and analyzes employment results. The role includes cooperation with UAV crews and preparation of recommendations for command staff. Primary focus — systematic analysis, support of control processes and timely reporting.
Responsibilities
- Performing duty shifts and coordinating unmanned aerial systems within the unit;
- Frequency planning to ensure stable UAV control channels;
- Analyzing effectiveness of drone employment and preparing recommendations;
- Planning target engagement missions and defining key directions and tasks;
- Preparing reports, summaries and statistics for command staff;
- Cooperating with related sections during planning and execution.
Requirements
- Understanding principles of frequency planning and UAV control;
- Knowledge of mission planning and flight coordination processes;
- Skills in data analysis and preparation of effectiveness reports;
- Experience with FPV or heavy unmanned systems is an advantage;
- Experience performing duty service is an advantage;
- Knowledge of UAV based engagement mission planning.
