Firearms and tactics instructor teaches service members safe and effective use of small arms, organizes tactical training and coordination within groups. Responsibilities
- Conducting firearms training and safety rules on weapons handling;
- Organizing tactical exercises and group actions practice;
- Teaching use of штат small arms in various conditions;
- Coordinating interaction of personnel during training;
- Preparing training locations and instructor materials;
- Monitoring compliance with internal order and safety;
- Performing after-action learning analysis;
- Cooperating with related sections.
Requirements
- Practical experience working with small arms;
- Knowledge of instructional methods in firearms and tactics;
- Attention, responsibility and discipline;
- Ability to work with people and transfer knowledge;
- Psychological resilience and readiness for field work;
- Instructor certificate is an advantage.
