Combat Roles20 000-120 000 UAHUAVs and UGVs
The instructor trains new personnel of an unmanned systems brigade in their own specialty, whether marksmanship, tactics and combat medicine or electronic warfare, signals intelligence and the operation of drones and ground robotic systems. Runs classes at the training ground, coordinates crews before they deploy and travels to train units on site.
Responsibilities
- running classes in marksmanship, tactics and combat medicine;
- training personnel to use electronic warfare and signals intelligence equipment;
- training pilots of Mavic, Autel, FPV and Vampire drones, fixed-wing aircraft and ground robot operators;
- building coordination of UAV crews before they deploy on combat missions;
- coordinating the training process at the training ground;
- traveling to train units on site.
Requirements
- expertise in one's own specialty: marksmanship, tactics, medicine, drones or ground robotic systems;
- ability to explain material clearly and work with a training group;
- readiness to travel and work in field conditions;
- physical stamina;
- combat experience in the relevant specialty is an advantage.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 120,000;
- full provision of uniform, equipment and meals;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees;
- a squad leader leadership course is part of the role.
