The mess hall manager organises uninterrupted catering for the personnel of an unmanned systems brigade. Manages the kitchen staff and assigns their duties, draws up menus according to the set nutrition standards, and organises the purchase, accounting and storage of food. Responsible for sanitary standards in the kitchen and dining hall and for the kitchen equipment.
Responsibilities
- organising uninterrupted catering for the brigade's personnel;
- managing the mess hall staff, assigning duties and checking their execution;
- drawing up menus in line with the set nutrition standards;
- organising the purchase, accounting and storage of food;
- ensuring sanitary and hygiene standards are met in the kitchen and dining hall;
- checking that kitchen equipment is serviceable and used correctly.
Requirements
- specialised education in catering or food service;
- knowledge of cooking techniques;
- experience organising catering for large numbers of people;
- skills in managing a team and assigning tasks;
- knowledge of sanitary standards and food storage rules.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- annual paid leave and additional leave;
- benefits and statutory social guarantees.
