Digital Transformation Specialist

The digital transformation specialist brings digital services into the brigade's everyday work: takes part in rolling out IT products across the units, trains personnel to use them and gathers user feedback so that each tool genuinely helps. The work sits between technology and people, with regular analysis and reporting on the area.
Responsibilities
- putting digital development policies into practice in the unit;
- taking part in rolling out IT products across the brigade's units;
- supporting the day-to-day use of the services introduced;
- training personnel to work with new digital tools;
- gathering user feedback to refine the products;
- preparing analytical material and reports on the area.
Requirements
- education in IT, management or a related field;
- experience in IT or project management;
- ability to explain technical matters to non-technical users;
- a systematic approach to documents and analysis.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, with their commander's consent;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided, plus military service benefits;
- annual paid leave, additional leave and statutory social guarantees.
