Training Section Officer

The training section officer is responsible for training the personnel of an unmanned systems brigade: plans it, conducts classes and briefings and checks whether the level of training matches the tasks the units actually perform. The work combines teaching with planning, coordinating exercises in the units and reporting.
Responsibilities
- developing training plans and programs for personnel;
- coordinating exercises and practical sessions in the units;
- conducting briefings and classroom sessions;
- monitoring the implementation of training plans;
- assessing the effectiveness of training and the skill level of service members;
- keeping records of personnel training results.
Requirements
- experience in training and personnel development;
- confident use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- readiness to introduce modern training practices;
- experience with UAVs is an advantage.
Conditions
- officer position; service under contract or through mobilization, transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine with the commander's consent;
- monthly pay from UAH 26,000 to UAH 126,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- annual paid leave plus additional leave;
