Command Post Officer (Data Collection and Analysis)

The command post officer gathers and analyzes data on the situation in the areas where the brigade operates and turns it into reports on which the command bases its decisions. The work involves duty shifts at the command post, coordination between units, staffs and support services, and keeping the command post's operational records.
Responsibilities
- collecting, processing and analyzing the operational situation by area;
- preparing consolidated reports and analytical materials for the command;
- performing operations duty shifts at the command post;
- planning, coordinating and monitoring the execution of combat tasks;
- coordinating actions between units, staffs and support services;
- keeping the command post's operational documentation.
Requirements
- higher education;
- staff work, command and operations planning skills;
- experience at a command post or on a staff;
- attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data;
- combat experience is an advantage.
Conditions
- officer position; service under contract or through mobilization, transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine with the commander's consent;
- monthly pay from UAH 26,000 to UAH 126,000;
- uniform and meals provided;
- annual paid leave and additional leave;
- statutory social guarantees and benefits for service members.
