Battalion Command Post Officer

The battalion command post officer keeps the unit's paperwork under control, from personnel records and draft orders of the unit commander to consolidating reports from the units so the command sees the state of the battalion without delay. This is mostly document-based work with an electronic document management system within an unmanned systems brigade.
Responsibilities
- maintaining the battalion's personnel records;
- document support for the day-to-day activities of the units;
- drafting the unit commander's orders on personnel matters;
- analyzing the battalion's staffing levels;
- keeping the working records of the battalion command post;
- consolidating reports from the units and briefing the command.
Requirements
- higher education;
- experience with an electronic document management system;
- confident use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- organization and the ability to handle a large volume of documents;
- experience in a similar position is an advantage.
Conditions
- officer position; service under contract or through mobilization, transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine with the commander's consent;
- monthly pay from UAH 26,000 to UAH 126,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- annual paid leave plus additional leave;
- statutory benefits and social guarantees.
