Brigade Command Post Officer

The brigade command post officer consolidates data coming in from unmanned systems units into a coherent picture of the situation for the command. Works in shifts as duty officer, coordinates the actions of staff sections and support services, prepares reports at the end of each shift and checks that orders have reached the units and been carried out.
Responsibilities
- gathering situational information and preparing brigade-level analysis;
- serving as duty officer at the command post on a shift basis;
- coordinating actions between units, the staff and support services;
- tracking orders through to the units and checking that they are carried out;
- preparing reports for the command at the end of each shift;
- keeping the command post's records and documentation.
Requirements
- higher education;
- staff work, command and operational planning skills;
- experience of staff service or work at a command post;
- resilience under stress and readiness to work in shifts;
- combat experience is an advantage.
Conditions
- officer position; service under contract or through mobilization, or transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 26,000 to UAH 126,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- annual paid leave, additional leave, benefits and statutory social guarantees.
