A UGV technician is responsible for technical maintenance, preparation, and support of unmanned ground vehicle systems. The role includes system checks, fault diagnostics, routine servicing, and coordination with operators. The primary focus is equipment reliability, timely maintenance, and strict compliance with established safety procedures
Responsibilities
- Preparing UGVs for operation and checking technical condition;
- Performing routine maintenance and basic repairs;
- Diagnosing faults and resolving technical issues;
- Working with technical documentation and equipment records;
- Coordinating with operators during preparation and operation;
- Following safety rules and established procedures.
Requirements
- Basic technical knowledge or experience with equipment;
- Understanding of mechanical and electronic system principles;
- Attention to detail and responsible work approach;
- Ability to follow instructions and standards;
- Willingness to learn and operate new systems.
