The barber cuts the hair of the brigade's service members and shapes beards and moustaches so that the result meets regulation standards and fits under a helmet. Works with clippers, scissors and a straight razor, disinfects the tools and keeps the workplace tidy. Field conditions with limited equipment, where a few calm minutes in the chair matter as much as the cut.
Responsibilities
- cutting service members' hair in line with regulation standards;
- shaping, tidying and trimming beards and moustaches;
- choosing a cut that suits the person's wishes and helmet wear;
- disinfecting tools and following sanitary requirements;
- looking after clippers, scissors and other working tools;
- keeping the workplace clean and orderly.
Requirements
- experience as a barber or hairdresser;
- command of the main men's haircuts and fade technique;
- skill with clippers, scissors and a straight razor;
- knowledge of sanitary requirements and tool disinfection rules;
- neatness and attention to detail;
- readiness to work in field conditions with limited equipment.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, with their commander's consent;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- uniform, equipment, meals and materiel provided;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees.
