Cyber Defence Team Lead

The cyber defence team lead is responsible for keeping the information systems and networks of an unmanned systems brigade closed to unauthorised access. Leads a group of specialists, administers access control, investigates information security incidents and checks how well personnel follow cyber hygiene rules. Computer-based work with regular reporting.
Responsibilities
- organising and supervising the work of the cyber defence group;
- protecting the unit's information systems and networks from unauthorised access;
- administering access provisioning and access control systems;
- detecting and investigating information security incidents;
- checking that personnel follow cyber hygiene rules;
- keeping the group's documentation and reports.
Requirements
- understanding of network and database administration;
- experience administering access provisioning systems;
- knowledge of information security fundamentals and protection against cyber threats;
- skills in leading a small team of specialists;
- analytical thinking and ownership of results.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees;
- psychological support within the unit.
