Physical Training Instructor

The physical training instructor is responsible for the fitness of the unit's personnel: designs training programmes, runs sessions, watches exercise technique to prevent injuries and monitors compliance with fitness standards. Also organises sports events and competitions and keeps the records of the training process.
Responsibilities
- organising and running physical training sessions;
- developing fitness programmes and sports activities for the unit;
- monitoring compliance with physical fitness standards;
- instructing on exercise technique and injury prevention;
- organising and running sports events and competitions;
- keeping records of the training process.
Requirements
- experience in physical training and sport;
- knowledge of training methods and fitness programmes;
- ability to organise and run training sessions and sports events;
- ability to work with the regulations on physical training;
- responsibility, communication skills and leadership;
- a sports grade or title in any discipline is an advantage;
- experience keeping training records is an advantage.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided;

- access to the unit's psychologists.
