Sergeant Instructor in General Military Training

The sergeant instructor in general military training gives the training center's cadets the military foundation without which a drone operator cannot function in a unit. Runs practical classes in tactics, marksmanship and first aid, tests performance standards, prepares training sites and is responsible for safety at them.
Responsibilities
- running practical classes in general military subjects;
- training cadets in tactics and marksmanship;
- drilling first aid skills with cadets;
- testing performance standards and assessing trainees' preparation;
- preparing training sites, materials and teaching aids;
- overseeing safety measures during classes.
Requirements
- combat experience and understanding of modern tactics;
- combat medic course or other medical training;
- ability to teach service members of varying skill levels;
- responsibility and attention to detail;
- teamwork and adherence to set procedures;
- teaching skills and public speaking experience are an advantage.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees.
