The social media manager runs the recruitment center's official pages so that reach turns into candidate applications: writes posts, selects visuals, plans campaigns and answers the audience in the comments. The work is daily and creative, guided by engagement statistics and mindful of how sensitive military topics can be.
Responsibilities
- running the center's official pages on Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, YouTube and TikTok;
- planning communication campaigns aimed at attracting candidates;
- writing posts, video intros and captions for Reels and carousels;
- selecting and adapting visual content in line with the design system;
- moderating comments, replying to the audience and growing the community;
- tracking social media trends and adapting formats to military topics;
- analysing reach and engagement statistics and preparing reports.
Requirements
- at least a year of experience running commercial social media projects;
- ability to write concisely, with structure and a lively tone;
- understanding of visual storytelling and of how each platform works;
- excellent written Ukrainian;
- awareness of how sensitive military topics are and readiness to follow publication restrictions;
- knowledge of English is an advantage.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 50,000;
- mostly office-based service;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided, including personal protective gear;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees.
