Systems Administration Technician, Cyber Defense Team

The systems administration technician keeps the brigade's computer infrastructure running: sets up workstations, servers and network equipment, manages access to systems and makes backups. Works within the cyber defense team, helps users with day-to-day technical problems and keeps records of hardware and user accounts.
Responsibilities
- setting up and maintaining the unit's workstations and servers;
- administering network equipment;
- managing access control and permission systems;
- maintaining databases and running regular backups;
- providing technical support to users and troubleshooting faults;
- keeping records of computer hardware and user accounts.
Requirements
- understanding of computer network administration;
- experience administering databases;
- experience with access management systems;
- basic knowledge of information security and cyber hygiene;
- attention to detail, responsibility and willingness to learn.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees;
- access to the unit's psychologists.
